Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Flaa is a CPA and a retired partner from KPMG. He joined CVBT in June 2003. Prior to these positions, he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for publicly-held Breakaway Solutions, Inc., and as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors for Sunbelt Integrated Trade Services, Inc.

Mr. Flaa is VP & CFO of Phage Biotechnology Corporation, a related party. He also remains involved in the management and/or board of directors of several additional ventures: Onnam Gaming, and Gestalt, LLC. Flaa spent 22 years in various management positions with KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, where he was elected to partnership in 1990. He worked with clients in fields including health care, technology, utilities, transportation and energy. Flaa received his undergraduate degree from Central Washington University.
